    Kyle Basinger is a proven, successful family law trial attorney who has earned a widespread reputation before the courts and among his peers in the Family Law Bar as an attorney with unyielding integrity.

    A partner and founding member of Collins, Basinger & Pullman, P.C., Mr. Basinger is a seasoned attorney, mediator and collaborative lawyer capable of handling all aspects of complex family law cases. Mr. Basinger is also a frequent lecturer on subjects relating to family law and collaborative law. 

    Mr. Basinger has been elected a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and the Collaborative Law College of Texas. He is the President-Elect of Collaborative Law Dallas practice group. He has also been selected as a Barrister of the Annette Stewart - American Inn of Courts, and as a Super Lawyer for 2008 and 2009. Mr. Basinger has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell: the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

    Proudly dedicated to serving his country, in 1981 Mr. Basinger received a reserve commission as a Second Lieutenant, Chemical Corps, in the United States Army. He also served in the Texas National Guard and the United States Army Reserves, and received an Honorable Discharge as a Captain in 1992.

    Mr. Basinger’s dedication to community is equally as impressive. He has served as President and Chairman of the Board for many years at his local church in Plano, and has served as a Deacon and the Chairman of the Deacons. Mr. Basinger is also involved in numerous other ministries.

    Mr. Basinger married his wife Marijo Basinger in 1981, and together they have two children, Aaron and Lauren, and a daughter-in-law, Rachel.
